| 缩写简介 | LASEK和LASIK，中间只相差一个‘E’字，为了避免可能发生的误听和混淆，我们小范围内又分别简称为IK和EK。LASEK的全名叫Laser Epithelialkeratomileusis，或者Laser sub-epithelialkeratotectomy，也有称Laser epithelialkeratoplasty，中文名称强调上皮瓣，译为准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术，也有作者译为激光上皮角膜磨镶术，也很明了。考虑到LASEK和LASIK的不同就在于瓣的不同：一个是单纯角膜鳞状上皮层构成的LASEK上皮瓣(50~70μm)，另一个是角膜浅基质和上皮层构成的LASIK瓣（130~160μm）。为强调这一区别，加上激光扫瞄是在瓣下的基质层进行，直译为上皮角膜磨镶术略显欠妥，因此，我当时确立的译名为准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术，并倾向于推荐这一中文命名。 |
