| 缩写简介 | 流动注射分析（Flow Injection Analysis,简称FIA）是比较年青的分析技术，，1975年由丹麦学者Ruzicka和Hansen教授在“流动注射分析”论文中首次命名。他们应用非空气间隔断流体系，向在细管内连续流动的液流中注射一定体积的液体试样，被测组分经化学反应（或不经过化学反应）后，导入检测器进行检测、定量。一般认为流动注射具有三大要素，即试样注入、试样带的受控分散、混合过程和反应时间高度再现。有了这些条件，使FIA比传统的常规手工分析、程序分析器、连续流动分析等有更多的优点。 |
